Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing or using SetupMatch at setupmatch.cloud (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What SetupMatch does
SetupMatch provides IT equipment inventory and allocation tools for companies. The Service helps teams track hardware, define kit policies, match employees to equipment, and understand utilization.
SetupMatch is a software platform. We do not sell, lease, or physically deliver hardware. Inventory data and allocation decisions remain your responsibility.
3. No professional advice
Information on SetupMatch is provided for general operational use only. It does not constitute legal, financial, procurement, or IT security advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on information from the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable regulations
- Upload false, misleading, or unauthorized inventory or employee data
- Scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the Service without permission
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or security measures
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms or poses a risk to the Service or other users.
5. Accounts and data
Access to SetupMatch may require an account or authorized workspace. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for data you enter into the Service.
6. Intellectual property
The SetupMatch name, branding, website design, and original written content are owned by the operator or its licensors. You may link to public pages and share excerpts for non-commercial reference with attribution, but may not copy or redistribute substantial content without permission.
7. Third-party services
Hosting, database, notification, and other infrastructure providers used by SetupMatch are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT INVENTORY DATA WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, TIMELY, OR ERROR-FREE.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $100.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
